Dear Children and Families of Christ the King Lutheran Church,

I hope this letter finds you enjoying the God’s gift of summer in ways that are filled with refreshment and renewal.

I am excited to introduce myself as the new Children and Family Ministry Director at Christ the King. I feel blessed to minister to and with you as I answer God’s call to worship and serve and pray, to laugh and play, and to share the Good News of Jesus Christ with God’s children of all ages.

While I will set regular hours once I have better determined the time my daily commute from Burnsville will take, I will be in the office most week days. Stop in and say hello!

I look forward to establishing and working with a Children’s Ministry Team, knowing that this will be the group of people called to volunteer and lead our congregation in the work God is doing with and for the children and families of CtK and this community.

You can download your Sunday School Registration form. Please take time to prayerfully consider the many ministry opportunities listed on one of the forms also. I’m sure many of you are already serving in these and other ways. I look forward to meeting you and hearing about the good work being done.
